Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 Epidemic, logistics on a global basis has been severely impacted. Please note that there may be delays in the processing and fulfillment of your order. As a USA business, INKAWAII is subject to local ordinances regarding COVID-19. Rest assured that we are taking extreme precautions and doing our best to make sure that your package arrives to you completely safe and as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that International orders should arrive to you within 4 - 5 weeks of it being placed and we are working around the clock to make sure that it arrives to you as soon as possible! (Please note these do not include weekends & holidays).​

After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification via email as soon as the item is shipped with tracking. 

Shipping & Handling will take approximately 14-30 BUSINESS days or sooner depending the shipping destination. (Please note these do not include weekends & holidays). 

INKAWAII is NOT RESPONSIBLE for weather, production delays, out of stock items, delivery errors or shipping carrier delays. 

Most products are IN-STOCK but due to the high demand of items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed. 

Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.
  2. Depending on its shipped-out date, each of your different orders may be packed in one package.
  3. If you purchased many products, the arrival date of your order may vary due to separately packed in several packages.
  4. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Customer will be responsible for any Customs fees, taxes and other expenses incurred. Please keep in mind these charges are not included in the final price of the product and are assumed by the purchaser.
  5. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). These authorities have the right to release or deny the release of your package. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to this process.

ALL PURCHASES FROM THIS WEBSITE ARE MADE PURSUANT TO A SHIPMENT CONTRACT. AS A RESULT, RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE PASS TO YOU UPON DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS TO THE CARRIER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING ANY CLAIMS WITH CARRIERS FOR DAMAGED AND/OR LOST SHIPMENTS.

TIP 1: Package theft is on the rise. If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@inkawaii.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

TIP 2: The zip code is one of the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like U​SPS ZIP code lookup​ to make sure you get it right!
